One more service we offer in-house is the acquisition of talent and outstanding studio quality production for your telephone promotions. We have several voice-over talents, which we use frequently and can be called upon to quickly record in our state of the art studio. We can provide talent in both English and Spanish or other selected languages, male or female, age appropriate voices and any necessary sound effects or accents. These sound files can be recorded in a variety of file formats and uploaded into our IVR systems almost immediately. If needed we can also deliver via email as an attachment or on a web page as a link.
